about this page & what is DID?
this site belongs to a plural system — meaning more than one person/identity shares this body and life. this is the result of Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), a condition where distinct identities (called alters) form, often as a way of coping with trauma. each alter can have their own name, personality, age, likes, and way of seeing the world.
each "chapter" linked on the left is a little page dedicated to one of our alters: a space for them to be themselves. the "who's fronting?" button shows who's currently active in the body, pulled live from our PluralKit system.
